Find exact aspect perfectings: moments when the angular separation of
two bodies equals the target angle precisely (0° orb).
Every group must hold at the perfecting instant (groups are ANDed); within a
group, any one condition suffices (OR). A and B are the pair’s first and second body. Example:
Neptune ☌ Pluto with Uranus “co-present with B OR in sign-based opposition to B” = base bodies
